IGP window glass for rolling stock is the solution to the long-haunted broken glass windows problem faced by local railway operator. Faced with the problem of ever increasing broken window glass to replace due to vandalism, rail operators have been searching for a permanent solution to tackle the issue.
Together with our Japanese partners Yashima & Toho, we have designed and made IGP window glass for replacement of broken windows glass of commuter trains. The IGP window glass installed onto commuter trains drastically reduces the number of broken window glasses faced by rail operator, proving to be an effective solution that reduce the cost of glass replacement in addition to enhancing the safety and comfort of passengers.
